OK. I'm looking at a 5 yr old Manufactured Home Double wide 1584sq ft. Foundation is Peirs, ? - fha home inspection guidelines 2010

The Foundation meets or exceeds the Michigan code. Thus, the local building inspector says. I am looking for a loan from the FHA. Go through the guidelines of HUD. HUD said, the ontop block springs must be attacked with mortars, it is not in this case. The house band on the wall surrounding the gel. Does anyone have any experience with the FHA / HUD guidelines of the Foundation, the existing foundation is not new, and it's inspection when the cement block between the pillars of concrete and mortar, no frames? I have all sorts of different answers ..

FHA is very specific about what you need and your loan officer should receive the data and analyze what you have with a subscriber and see if you can spend before you spend more time and money. Frankly, it looks like it is not all research. When the prefabricated houses are for your area normally off, but as an experienced real estate investor, I would never buy one. It is always better than anything that will increase to housing, the value and the seams of houses built, I have a problem or another if and only if the owner or the buyer for a loan. If you buy now, to live and keep, always ..... or rent, go ahead!
